The second half of the concert showcases the diversity of European classical music. We look forward to a wonderful concert experience and cordially invite you to join us!
The New Hamburg Philharmonic was founded in 2001 by freelance professional musicians from around the world. Since then, the orchestra has established and maintained a leading position in the North German music scene. It sees itself as a dynamic orchestra, capable of expanding from smaller chamber ensembles to a large symphony orchestra with choir. However, the core has always remained the chamber orchestra, which has hardly changed since its founding and is exceptionally well-rehearsed. With numerous guest appearances in Spain, France, Italy, and South Korea, it has gained a large following among audiences. The orchestra's concertmaster, Tigran Mikaelyan, will conduct.
