Evergreens from Frank Sinatra and Vico Torriani to Udo Jürgens and traditional Swiss folk music will resonate under the fingers and vocal cords of these five versatile musicians, who are dedicating themselves entirely to sophisticated entertainment music for the Appenzell Forum's New Year's concert. The renowned Eastern Swiss musical duo of Samuel Zünd (piano & vocals) and Peter Lenzin (saxophone) will be joined by Saki Hatzigeorgiou (guitar & bouzouki), bassist and guitarist Gabriel Meyer, and drummer Jan Geiger. The quintet has already thrilled audiences on various stages, and in Gonten they will open the new year with a musical firework display.
