A unique lineup of top-class musicians who, with their virtuosity, make the sound truly their own:

Dominik Flückiger – Schwyzerörgeli (Swiss accordion);

Pirmin Huber – bass,
an outstanding double bassist in the Swiss folk and jazz scene;

Christian Zünd – drums,
who has played in almost every genre and provides the rhythm and groove;

Lukas Gernet – piano,
who performs with a wide variety of bands both in Switzerland and abroad and enchants audiences with moving harmonies;

Dave Hasler – guitar,
a passionate guitarist in all musical styles, who brings a wealth of experience to the stage despite his young age

Mario Alonso – saxophone,
who began his saxophone studies at the age of 11. Born and raised in Peru, he moved to Brazil at the age of 21 to study Brazilian music and jazz. He subsequently earned a master's degree in jazz saxophone from the Zurich University of the Arts.

Dominik Flückiger grew up in a musically rich family. As a child, he was fascinated by his father Markus Flückiger's extensive music collection, which encompassed music from all corners of the world and sparked his curiosity for diverse sounds and styles.

At the age of eight, he began playing the Schwyzerörgeli (a type of accordion). By ten, he was writing his first compositions. In the following years, he began composing his own pieces, influenced by pop, rock, and jazz. He successfully completed his music studies, specializing in the Schwyzerörgeli and composition.

Besides a wide variety of traditional Swiss folk tunes, Dominik Flückiger writes works for diverse ensembles – chamber music groups, symphony orchestras, folk music groups, and pop-rock songs.

His band Kinimode captivates audiences with music that covers a broad musical spectrum, from heartfelt folk ballads to funky jazz fusion. At times, the energy and rhythm electrify, while at others, a quiet moment commands everyone's attention.
