Alexandre Kantorov comes to La Chaux-de-Fonds for an exclusive Swiss residency to record a live album. After two acclaimed studio recordings, he returns for this exceptional project. Kantorov, winner of the 2019 Tchaikovsky Competition, is considered one of the most outstanding pianists of his generation. His playing combines power and poetry and has garnered international acclaim. For these three concerts, he has compiled a program featuring works by Bach, Liszt, Medtner, Chopin, Scriabin, and Beethoven. The audience not only experiences a pianist of the highest caliber, but also the special atmosphere of a live recording.
