Cantaleum Zurich - Bilingual day school with a musical focus
The Cantaleum Zürich is a bilingual day school (kindergarten through 9th grade) with a focus on music, located in the Sonnenberg building. It is aimed at children and young people for whom music is very important. Its goal is to provide high-quality, age-appropriate academic and musical education for 4- to 16-year-olds. The curriculum is based on the canton of Zurich.
Zurich music luminaries such as Ilona Schmiel, director of the Tonhalle concert hall; Michael Bühler, director of the Zurich Chamber Orchestra; and Philippe Jordan, music director of the Paris Opera, support this unique school in Switzerland.
With the Zurich Boys' Choir and the Zurich Girls' Choir, the school has excellent partners for vocal training, which is given special emphasis at the school.
