SUMMER SOLSTICE To mark the summer solstice, the Würth House Rorschach invites you to a special open-air concert: "Summer Sounds by the Lake" brings together the refined soundscape of chamber music, performed by an ensemble from the Würth Philharmonic, with the tranquil expanse of an early summer evening. The open retractable doors of the Carmen Würth Hall create an impressive architectural setting, seamlessly blending the stage and the outdoor space.
Thanks to partial roofing, the audience can enjoy the music outdoors largely protected from the elements and experiences an evening that is simultaneously clear, understated, and atmospheric – bathed in warm light, a summer breeze, and enjoying the intimate connection with the musicians. The approximately 75-minute program focuses entirely on the essence of chamber music: clarity, harmonious interplay, and immediate impact.
As part of the international World Music Day (Fête de la Musique), this evening will be a musical moment of lightness and reflection – a gentle prelude to the long summer nights.
Please note: In case of heavy rain or uncertain weather, the concert may be moved to the Carmen Würth Hall.
