General Terms and Conditions of Classicpoint.net
1.1. Master Homepage GmbH is the owner and biller of the Classicpoint.net database.
1.2. Classicpoint.net reserves the right to reject entries if their content violates the provisions listed below.
1.3. Classicpoint.net has the right to remove duplicate entries.
1.5. Delays in delivery due to force majeure, strikes, lockouts or failure of communication networks and gateways of other operators or other problems will not be handled by Classicpoint.net
1.6. In the event of service failures due to a fault outside of Classicpoint.net's area of responsibility, no reimbursement of fees will be made.
2.1. Members can register an unlimited number of concerts in the Classicpoint.net calendar.
2.2 Concerts must be in the field of classical music and must be held in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.
2.3. Payment terms:
2.3.1 Membership always lasts one year from the date of the order, and is payable in advance each year.
2.3.2. When signing up, there is a one-time fee of 50.00.
2.3.3. The annual costs for membership are 90.00 / 150.00 and can always be cancelled with a notice one month before the end of the membership period. Thereafter, the period will automatically be extended by one year and invoiced.
2.3.4. Membership is confirmed after receipt of payment.
2.3.5. Outside of Switzerland, the prices are in Euro and exclude VAT.
3.1. The responsibility for the content of advertisements and offers is entirely the responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by them.
3.2. The customer releases Classicpoint.net from any liability for third-party claims due to possible non-compliance.
3.3. The customer has the following obligations:
3.3.1. To ensure that their information such as profile, contact details, etc., is complete and accurate;

3.4. Classicpoint.net undertakes to publish the articles as soon as payment is received.

4.1. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, positive breach of contract, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded both against Classicpoint.net and in relation to its agents and vicarious agents, unless intentional or grossly negligent action is present. Classicpoint.net is not liable for consequential damages, in particular from the point of view of a positive breach of contract.
4.2. For any damage resulting from the fact that the information of the user and the customer on the technical transmission channels (Internet) can be accessed by other people, Classicpoint.net will not be liable.
4.3. Classicpoint.net is not responsible for shared content on websites. For the content of sites accessible through links provided, it is the advertisers of the sites who are responsible for it.
4.4 Classicpoint.net is exempt from any liability for damage, indirect damage or loss of profits.
4.5. The customer is personally liable under the law for unfair competition or other violations of the law for the content entered by them in the database. Classicpoint.net cannot be prosecuted for any violation of the law by the content of third party websites.
5.1. Jurisdiction of the courts for all publications in Classicpoint.net is Basel (Switzerland). Swiss law applies to all legal relations between the parties.
5.2. With publication, these conditions will be automatically accepted.
