Leberberg Concert Choir
Conductor: Markus Oberholzer. Since their founding, the Leberberg Instrumentalists (1975) and the Leberberg Choir (1981) have become important musical institutions in the Solothurn Jura foothills. Their concerts in St. Clement's Church in Bettlach delight hundreds of concertgoers each year.
The focus is on the great works of oratorio literature, performed with renowned soloists from Switzerland and abroad.
Since 2012, the musical direction has been in the hands of the Solothurn-based conductor Markus Oberholzer. As an experienced concert singer, he places great emphasis on sound vocal training and knows how to motivate both amateur and professional musicians to achieve their best.
Since 2015, the ensemble has been known as the "Leberberg Concert Choir."
