For its debut at the Musikdorf Ernen Festival, the up-and-coming Trio ETA presents three works that are particularly close to the three musicians' hearts. The Haydn Trio was part of their debut CD (2023), while Franz Schubert's monumental Trio in E-flat major was recorded for ARD Klassik.
The concert opens with the Trio Tous les mondes by the German composer Isabel Mundry, commissioned by Trio ETA and premiered at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
